Role Expectations

Postdocs are key drivers of scientific direction, mentorship, and collaboration.

Lead independent projects and publish in top venues relevant to HCI/AI/cognitive science

Mentor graduate and undergraduate researchers in methods, writing, and execution

Build interdisciplinary collaborations across engineering, design, and behavioral research

Develop or pursue fellowship and grant pathways aligned with the lab roadmap
